Creatio A3

Control board for water, air, steam or diathermic oil biomass boilers.

Creatio A3 is a regulation system for high-range biomass boilers easily integrated in any type of boiler.

Its complete programming has been specially developed for an efficient management of biomass boilers, regardless of their size, both in water boilers and air generators or thermic oil and steam industrial boilers.

Any type of granulated fuel (pellet, olive pit, almond shell, etc.), woodchips or wood can be used because of its flexibility.

Easy set up.

The selection of every inputs and outputs of the switchboard it is carried out easily through the switchboard itself or from the Bioexec software. Some of the controlled components are: feeding augers, primary, secondary and tertiary combustión ventilators, suction fan, ashes extractor, smoke passes cleaning, woodchips hoppers agitators, primary circuit pumps, for inertia or ACS acumulator, etc.

Economic saving.

Power generated by the boiler is always modulating thanks to the PID calculation. This system matches the generated power to the power consumed to keep constantly temperature or pressure setpoint. In this way, a fuel saving and a better combustion in the functioning of the boiler is achieved.

Emissions and combustion control.

It is posible to adapt the lambda probe to regulate the amount of combustion oxygen.

Remote management and operational record.

Regarding optimization and maintenance tasks, Bioexec software allows a remote connection to check and modify the required parameters. CreatioWeb! platform stores historically the real functioning of the boiler, temperatures, condition, alarms, etc, to analyse it and to be used as operating certification.

Expandable.

Functions and the number of inputs and outputs to be managed are expandable through Creatio expansion cards to manage the heating circuits: pumps, three-way valves, lambda probe, etc.

Modbus communication.

Creatio A3 normally controls frequency inverters for augers or ventilators through Modbus communication, which allows to continously monitor their functioning and to get more card inputs and outputs available for other functions.
